Adding a plugin

Hi, I have installed Freenet in Ubuntu 12.10. I have downloaded some of the plugins. But when adding those plugins, the path i gave is not valid. Lets say plugins are in my Download folder. I gave the path as "home/dilmadhawa/Downloads/WebOfTrust-build0001.jar" . But it says can not load the plugin . Please be kind enough to send me the way of giving path.
