Freenet 0.7.5 build 1438 is available, and will be mandatory on Monday (April 1st). Please let me know if your node doesn't automatically upgrade. This build reverts the load management change in 1437. The stats that were supposed to measure it were buggy, and it doesn't seem to have dramatically reduced rejections; and it may have caused performance reductions. I plan to try this again soon, but there are several issues that need looking at first, other bugs in load management which may prevent the change in 1437 from working well, and may make nodes with low bandwidth limits unnecessarily slow. The build also turns off fetching plugins over HTTPS by default (and when upgrading), even if the security level is LOW.
