You might not be able to install it. It assumes you have Java 6 and Java Web Start; this is true on Mac's but not necessarily on iPad's. Even if you can install it, it works best if you can run Freenet reasonably close to 24x7 (i.e. most of the time), and this will use 25GB/month+, so it's probably a bad idea on a mobile device mainly using 3G/4G for connectivity, as they usually don't like you using more than 2GB or so per month. Also Freenet needs at least 256MB of RAM, and at least 1GB of storage.
