Not really surprising - just blocking our website is a remarkably effective 
way to prevent users from using Freenet. Plus, there is no Chinese 
translation of the website (although there is of the installer), and the 
offline installer (which is necessary behind the Golden Shield) is well 
hidden.

Would be better/more useful if the scale was in %. I assume this is just the 
nodes one opennet node has connected to? In which case they may be biased by 
locale due to connecting to US nodes from US nodes being faster than 
connecting to russian nodes from US nodes ...

IF the stats can be taken seriously, it's interesting how many French users we 
have!
