Translations...

Hi

Firts of all, my name is Federico Castagnini, i am from Argentina,
GNU/Linux user and find very interesting the Freenet Project.

Second, i am improving the translation into Spanish of the Freenet web
interface, but in this page

i can not find instructions about uploading the file... can someone
show me the right direction?
