A user on IRC/#freeswan came in asking why ipsec auto --start didn't work
in FreeS/WAN 1.99

I checked, and sure enough, it doesn't work at all. It's not in the man
page (which is good in this case)

[root@pos4-1130 root]# ipsec auto --start
ipsec auto: unknown option `--start'

The correct --option is of course --up, however some of the docs for
1.99 show examples using --start as he pointed me to config.html

I check 2.00-pre6 and todays snapshot, and they say the same thing. grep
reports:

/freeswan-2.00-pre6/doc]: grep "\-\-start " *.html
HowTo.html:<PRE> ipsec manual --start <VAR>name</VAR>
HowTo.html:<PRE> ipsec auto --start net-to-net</PRE>
HowTo.html:<PRE> ipsec auto --start net-to-net</PRE>
adv_config.html:<PRE> ipsec manual --start <VAR>name</VAR>
config.html:<PRE> ipsec auto --start net-to-net</PRE>
config.html:<PRE> ipsec auto --start net-to-net</PRE>

These need to be changed before 2.00 final... Claudia?
