(no subject)

I need to know if it is possible to add some option to the variable policy in 
pluto.
I have seen that the option of policy are defined as LELEM(x) with 1<x<12 so 
that the first 
13 bi1 of policy bitmask are used. If I want to add another option, can I 
define it as 
LELEM (13)? Or does it create some conflict with other use of this bit?
