ipsec6:road warrior-retransmission of MI3 and qI1.

hi
when using freeswan in the road  warrior setup. the MI3 messsage is
retransmitted.
and so is quick I1 ,
although the SA is established. i was wondering why this could be
happening.
some ptrs pls
i have the usual conf files for a road warrior and a gateway.
