Super FreeS/WAN 1.99.7 has been released.  This is a feature release,=20
as we have added support for Dead Peer Detection - see README.DPD=20
included in the distribution for details on how to use this new=20
feature.  Other minor fixes are included, and the latest X.509 patch.
