Yup, I said that, though some would consider me biased, since I've been 
around for awhile.  But if you run some stats on the mailing lists, you'll 
see a large amount of activity, with a very high answer rate.

The forums idea isn't a bad one (suggested by someone else), as much as I
dislike web forums because they all have crappy interfaces that don't
compare with my $MAIL_APP of choice.  I would like to see some grouping of
topics, or at least breaking the Win 2k/XP interop stuff onto a seperate
list.  Perhaps a forum2mailman gateway would do the trick, and let each 
people do things thier own way.

Other interesting ideas:

1. A public inter-op server, like SSH Senitinel had (has?), where we can 
issue a PSK, or let them upload RSASigs, etc... and let people setup conns 
to it.  This expands on the testOE servers that are starting to appear.

2. OE enabled server IRC, linked to FreeNode.net (since that's where 
#freeswan lives now).  Let people get help securely.

3. Something that *I* should (or another PHP person), which is spend some 
time on FRAB, the barf processor (http://www.freeswan.ca/frab) which could
become a really handy tool for finding problems in configs/environments.

No comment, since I am using it.  The main barrier is cluefull ISP's who 
let you do reverse TXT records and what not.
