help for ipsec configuration

Dear,

Pls help me to establish a tunnel as per our office requirement.

We have three offices at three different locations (Mumbai, UK, US), At Mumbai I installed freeswan ipsec on linux system. At our UK office we have D-Link-500 box. I am able to establish a tunnel between these two offices & UK office can able to access mail & intranet servers which are located at Mumbai office. Now our US office want to access mail & intranet servers from Mumbai. At US also we have D-Link-500 box. 
Configuration part is done, tunnel is established. But, we are not able to ping any system or servers at either end. Pls give me the solution to solve this problem.

My configuartion file is as follows.

 tunnel specification such as:

conn uk
      left=101.101.101.101
      leftnexthop=101.101.101.1
      leftsubnet=172.16.10.0/24
      right=202.202.202.202
      rightnexthop=202.202.202.1
      rightsubnet=192.168.100.0/24
    

conn us
      left=101.101.101.101
      leftnexthop=101.101.101.1
      leftsubnet=172.16.10.0/24	
      right=203.203.203.203
      rightnexthop=203.203.203.1
      rightsubnet=192.168.200.0/24
