Hi, I think that a Pluto with version 1.91 is not able to receive SADB_ACQUIRE messages from the kernel. But on this topic, DHR is the one that needs to confirm this. You should look at the output that Pluto gives with all debugging enabled. Perhaps he tells you what it receives from the kernel and what not.
