The acquisition of American Eagle includes its subsidiaries and wholly owned companies American Eagle’s Motorcycles and American Eagle’s FunKarts, L.A. Bad Toys, Inc. plans to commence shipping of American Eagle 2004 models to dealers in early August 2004. Bad Toys expects that the American Eagle dealers will also carry the Bad Toys models. Bad Toys plans for American Eagle to become a wholly owned subsidiary of Bad Toys, Inc. and will be merged into two distinct divisions, Bad Toys Automotive (Hot Rod) Division and Motorcycle Division. The acquisition of American Eagle should enhance Bad Toys services, expanding its research and manufacturing capabilities with a 35,000 square foot production facility located in Carlsbad, California.
