the most viable/lucrative areas of investment opportunities open to foreign
investors within your country. Hence this request for your cooperation and
connection to possibly embark on this project over there in your country
under your guidance as a reliable'Trustee'.

However, we propose the following terms and conditions to execute this tran=
saction:

1.   You are to nominate a suitable offshore 'Trust Account' where to trans=
fer
some outstanding funds (US$19,000,000.00) reserved for this purpose. It
could be either an existing account or you quickly open a fresh account
as soon as possible.

2. We (i.e. myself and the concerned officials) will take care of the cost
of transfer over here to get the funds successfully wired to your nominated
account.

3. There will be proper documentation under special arrangement to facilita=
te
the transfer and some of the vital documents shall be forwarded to you in
due course for presentation to your Bank as a proof to show that the funds
is not from drug proceeds or terrorist network/source.

4. For your cooperation as the Account Trustee, you shall be entitled to
twenty percent (20%) of the total sum as your commission on receipt of the
funds in your account.

5. You are to give a promissory note in writing to assure that you will
NOT sit on the money when it enters your account and you must be honest
and serious in all dealings.
