Re: wtmp logging.

The configure option is dodgy under Solaris 2 - it does not always set some
of the needed compiler macros correctly; there should be some emails about
this in the archive (probably 2003 or earlier).  I _think_ that wtmp
logging not working correctly may be one of the results of this...
