Re: /etc/ftpaccess file

    # rpm -qa | grep wu-ftp
    wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16
if you get something, then wu-ftp is install,
you can see all files that should normally be installed w/ it with :
    rpm -ql wu-ftpd-2.6.1-16

perhaps wu-ftp is not installed w/ the full version of RH9 (or perhaps 
another ftp package is)
