Bonjour, I tried pro-ftpd a few years ago but didn't like it - it didn't
have all the features of wu-ftpd I needed. I couldn't even create a
subdirectory in my own login account using pro-ftpd! But that may have
been some stupid default pro-ftpd configuration that came with SuSE Linux
6.2.

pro-ftpd may be a lot better now and if I have some spare time soon I'll
try it again. On the other hand, wu-ftpd works so well for me and I've
never had any problems with it.
