virtual host configuration

Hello

I want to configure wu-ftpd on my fedora core machine, I have following
questions in my mind:

1- From where i can download the rpm of wu-ftpd, any live link.
2- I want to configure wu-ftpd in a way that it should be workable for
the following scenario:
Suppose i have two websites, i.e. domain1.com and domain2.com. Both
exists at /rizwan directory. The path for domain1.com is
/rizwan/domain1.com and for domain2.com is /rizwan/domain2.com. Now i
have a user for domain1.com i.e. domain1 and for domain2.com is domain2.
Now if i login from any one the above two users it should fall me in
/rizwan/ directory, but users should only be allowed to enter in their
respective directory.

Any idea?
