Guest root configuration and FileZilla (ftp client)

Hi I have this  problem: I have configured  some guest-user like this

guestuser  sofas
guest-root  /ss/guest/pub/sofas

but if I use any graphical ftp client windows, like FileZilla, I don' t 
list the files  of the directory
 
With a  character ftp client is o.k.

But if I use anonymous user both graphical and character client list the 
files well.
