GNUnet 0.4.7 released

Hi all!

After a long time, finally a new release. While development has focused on the 
big redesign of most of the system for 0.5.0, so many small bugs have been 
fixed and back-ported to 0.4.x (say thanks to Blake & Igor for this) that we 
finally have reason to release 0.4.7, presumably the last version in the 
0.4.x series.

Pretty much all changes fix small problems like segmentation faults or address 
portability issues. In particular, 0.4.7 should run much, much better under 
BSD and Solaris compared to any prior version.

Please follow the procedure for bug-reports that is listed in the faq
( http://www.ovmj.org/GNUnet/faq.php3#bugs ). 

Note that this version does not include any of the new features that we have 
been adding to the CVS, such as alternative transport layers (TCP, SMTP), new 
content encoding, active content migration or bloom filters. On the positive 
side, not incorporating these features has the benefit that 0.4.7 is still 
protocol compatible with 0.4.6, so new clients should smoothly integrate into 
the existing network.
