GNUnet 0.5.5 released

The new features of this release are:

* namespaces and directories

Now, if that does not sound exciting, here's the long version:

* recursive insertion of entire file hierarchies into GNUnet, the structure is 
preserved (gnunet-insert -br SOME-DIRECTORY)
* namespaces can contain directories
* directories can refer to namespaces
* content in namespaces can be updated
* if updates are available, gnunet attempts to find them automatically

And all of this has been integrated into the GNUnet-GTK user interface.
Note that while the new version *extends* the existing GNUnet protocol, old 
clients should continue to work with new clients. Of course, old clients can 
not display directories or search in a namespace.

Also, some minor bugs (e.g. 64-bit time_t support) have been fixed.

Due to some trouble uploading to GNU's FTP server, ftp.gnu.org does NOT have 
the sources right now, so you'll have to stick to

                   http://ovmj.org/GNUnet/download/

which also has (i386) RPMs.  FreeBSD and Debian binaries will hopefully be 
made available soon.
