Just a few bugfixes this time:

* TCP transport could hang or abort gnunetd (which then hangs pending 
downloads until gnunetd is restarted on both the sending and receiving peer, 
so this bug really mandates an update)

* gnunet-convert and gnunet-check were broken

* a nanosleep problem under BSD/Solaris/OSX that was there since GNUnet was 
ported has finally been fixed
