GNUnet 0.6.5 released

This release adds support for: 
* SQLite as a database (version 3 required) 
* namespace ranking (to help users remember good namespaces) 
* collections: automatic generation and maintenance of a namespace 

There are also various internal improvements that are not or not yet used for 
anonymous file sharing, such as:
* message fragmentation
* RPC (many bugfixes)
* DHT (now actually working)

This release also fixes various bugs: 
* reduced IO for content migration 
* starting of gnunetd from gnunet-gtk did not always work 
* portability problems and other minor bugs 

All protocols and storage formats are unchanged (and thus compatible). 
Updating from 0.6.4a should be trivial.
