GNUnet 0.4.4 is out. A quick release to fix the bugs:

* proper deallocation of resources (1000x gnunet-stat bug #339)
* proper shutdown (SIGTERM), gnunetd sends HANGUP to connected
   nodes
* re-reading configuration on SIGHUP
* build problems with libextractor (you need 0.1.1)
* asymmetric bandwidth specification
* other minor fixes
