Re: 0.9.5a on Ubuntu 12.04: make check: 5 of 48 tests failed

Dear Alexei,

You forgot to either set GNUNET_PREFIX (see README) or run 'make 
install' prior to running 'make check'.  If you don't do those things, 
the tests fail as they cannot find plugins and/or configuration files in 
the expected locations. (While not perfect, I do not consider this a 
bug, especially as it is documented that you must do those things before 
running the tests.)
