Test failure in test_gnunet_service_arm

Hello,

when trying to upgrade gnunet to 0.10.1 in guix, test_gnunet_service_arm
fails. The file src/arm/test_gnunet_service_arm.log is empty, the file
src/arm/test-suite.log contains the following:
