Do GNUnet developers launch ./configure && make before releasing a tarball
to check if everything is OK? The situation did not improve with 0.15.2 (
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnunet/gnunet-0.15.2.tar.gz) and
src/testing/testing_cmds.h is still missing.
