error Building GNUnet on windows

hi. forgive for my bad English. In the process of (on
http://gnunet.org/hacking_win32_build.php3) compiling  I get the
following errors:

cygwin at me not installing  and  ./configure it was completed correctly
also I send the bad makefile and configure.log
