Dear Bastian, I actually don't think this release is that big a deal. 0.21.0 is expected to finally integrate TNG, which will deserve a bigger announcement (assuming that we're sure enough it works well ;-)). 0.20.0 is more incremental small improvements, and many mostly for GNU Taler 0.9.3. So I don't think we should go info-gnu this time.
