Recent peerstore changes in git head

Hello,

due to recent changes in the peerstore DB layout, you will need to purge 
your old peerstore sqlite.db file found (probably) in

$HOME/.local/share/gnunet/peerstore/sqlite.db

Otherwise, your peerstore will fail to start.
