Re: GSoC 2024: gnunet-gtk gtk4 upgrade

GNUnet applications are not expected to run well without 'make install'. 
Moreover, I'm not sure gnunet-gtk works at all if being install into a 
different prefix than the underlying GNUnet installation ...
