0.22.2 no answers from peers

Hi

I use gnunet the first time in many years. I do not get answer from any peers.

06:07:22.680093 IP xxxx.gnunet > firefly.gnunet.org.gnunet: UDP, length 1452

I checked my firewall and NAT setup. I can send packets TCP/UDP to the machine 
over the internet. I see it in tcpdump and gnunet will log an error or something.

Since there aren't many peers with accessible IPs in the hostlist, I assume they are all
offline.

I was hoping that the owner of firefly.gnunet.org could check if it running?
