if you want to restrict accesses, you probably should return a 404 NOT FOUND error status with the result "ERROR: go away" message, instead of the normal 200 OK status; it will be saving unnecessary traffic.

Addition: You MUST also use your OWN client ID when requesting from the 
GWebCache! 
(Gegor just pointed out to me, that this wasn't clear enough from my mail). 

Using the below stated URL is only acceptable for having a glimpse at the 
stats of the GWebCache for others. 
Instead of the following
http://gc-fust01.rakjar.de/gcache.php?client=FUST&stats=1

for checking you should use the url: 
http://gc-fust01.rakjar.de/gcache.php?client=<your client id>&stats=1
