What is cisco doing with Gnutella?

Since some time now I have seen that hosts in a network from cisco (for
example 128.108.8.75) do behave strangely. I do always increment some
build number in my version of the LimeWire build that is used in the
vendor/version string. While testing I use a version number that has not
yet been distributed and it also has my initials (jum) in them, so it
should not show up elsewhere. But hosts in the above mentioned network
do show up in my connection window with the exact same vendor/version
string. So I would assume they are hiding what client they are using and
simply echo what is coming in. Does anybody know what they are doing?
