Thank you.  I mainly use WinMX, but I also use
Shareaza from time to time.

Now, one possible problem I'd see with such an
approach is what if the spammers/robots
participate more than the users and good files
are marked as garbage and bad ones are marked
as good?

Another question is if it is possible to
control the spam without violating the DMCA?
How can software distinguish between legally
placed decoys, and fake files intended to
direct someone to a commercial product or
install a virus?
