I don't know what you really want, but I'll explain.
In Shareaza *Only that for now*, if someone deletes an item from his
library or downloadpanel, a pop-up box asks you to give a Ghost Rating. 
Like the stars from Audio Files, but with 1 star for a file that
includes spam, viruses, spyware and so on. 
That rating shows up when some % of the people that have downloaded
that file, and rated it, in the search results. 
You should ask the G2 *Or MP* developers for more info.
This tactic has saved me from a lot of badware :)
