Don't loose much time on that, unless it becomes repetitive. If in doubt,
block the /22 IP block from where it comes, if it continues to pollute your
system. It should work for this small block, if it is in fact running a
publicly accessible proxy or if it refers to some school.

I doubt it is used by an organization, because most organizations do not
need 1024 IP addresses, but just need a smaller /24 IP block for their
websites and a few access points, or even a much smaller block for the hosts
running their website in a some server of a collocation area, or depend on
IP addresses from their ISP through some NAT router, dynamically allocated
in much larger blocks (/16 or larger), depending on the size of the ISP (few
of the largest ISPs have /9 blocks for their dynamic blocks, one of which is
in France, in US the blocks are generally split by state or city with many
local subproviders).

Most wiki/blog spammers just want to force others to loose time, or try that
once and forget it rapidly after trying it. Clean up things as you did, say
thanks to your stored history to restore the damages easily. If needed
cleanup your history after this cleanup (maybe needed if those spams are
taking too much space on your system).
