You again seem to be glossing over the fact that people take the
Mojito Java library and use it for their own needs.  That page (and
many like it on the Wiki) is written for those developers.

And again, there are protocol specifications.  They just might not be
fully fleshed out in your preferred format.  I'm very sorry if you
don't like reading source code, but just because you don't like it
doesn't mean it doesn't exist.  Everything you could want is available
and has been since the inception of Mojito.  Yes, we could do a better
job of packaging up the details... but we're busy.  So, sorry.
