I'm bit confused, after reading about PUSH Proxy.  I have one simple
question regarding this
PUSH Proxy process.

1) Where can I find address of Push proxy in Query Hit?

2)  Do I need to send PUSH or HTTP request   to the proxy, since I have read
sending HTTP request to PUSH Proxy here
