Is Kademlia efficient enough to allow for querying the network for "notes" on 
each result? 

That means: Could I just ask around to get notes like "is this spam" or "what 
do you want to say about this file"? 

That would allow for a stronger community effect. 

Maybe this could also be implemented in Gnutella (I'll post that idea in 
another mail).
