Whenever I see the word "spam" (or something related), it becomes a
different game. :-) These people want to use the network differently.
We need to think about other things like Sybil attack, bad mouthing,
etc. An efficient scheme may become inefficient when we patch it so
that it is secure against the attacks. :-(

One may design a anti spam scheme like Credence but using DHT to
retrieve votes.
