It was a master thesis or such: A program built on LimeWire which allowed for 
distributed spam recognition. 

Sadly LimeWire never integrated the code, so at the moment, it is dead code 
lying around (and I I didn't have the skills to integrate it into Phex, else 
I'd have integrated it at once).
