My experience is that Phex can easily stand 99 UPs, and it would only need to 
stand 64 UPs to increase the outdegree again for global searching. 

I worry a bit about the effects of merging more QRTs on the size of the merged 
QRTs, though. 

Can you give me a straight answer on the question (i.e. the amount of MiB): 

"Which are the memory restraints you use for LimeWire?"
