Active Mojito nodes have high bandwidth and long session time. Modem
users join DHT as passive nodes and maintain a very small routing
table. Basically, the routing table entries serve as gateways to the DHT.

I don't know about gtk-gnutella. But Mojito nodes do not publish
keywords through DHT. Even for alt locs, mojito nodes only publish not
so popular ones.
