I am an Algerian student; this is my first post in your group;

I want to create a client and connect to the Gnutella network; for crawling and study the topology of network.
I found in some documentation that there are no peer's nodes in the new architecture of Gnutella, but when sending messages in connection "Crawler: 0.1" we have the following response:
X-Ultrapeer: true
.
.
Peers: 187.138.30.229:50549,....
Leaves: 89.82.14.54:44410,...

1- How explain me this?  It is contradictory
