[core-dev] Codepatch, Discuss, Archives

Hi again everyone,

The codepatch & discuss lists have been revived, and all old emails 
(for all lists, all the way back to September 2001!) have been imported 
into the archives, which you can now peruse via mailman.  There were a 
few small glitches during the import process, so some emails may be 
titled 'No Subject' and appear to have no information except the 
message.  The vast majority of emails imported fine, though.

Feel free (once again) to submit patches again to 
[email protected] and have lots of discussion at 
[email protected].
