RE: [core-dev] new to limewire and connect option

The original connect logic was added long before ultrapeers and leaves
existed.  Back in those days, everyone was an equal peer.  Now, to receive
an incoming connection, you need to be an ultrapeer.  If you can make one
host an ultrapeer then you should be able to establish connections from the
other host.

Actually, if you blacklist everybody but each other on both ends then you
probably can establish old style peer connections.

There are a couple tidbits of knowledge.  You'll probably need a lot more
but lets see.
