Re: [core-dev] will there be a ThrottleReader class?

There will be a ThrottleReader, though it's going to require some 
changing of the API in order to get/set interest on readers.  How is 
the API working out for you?  Is it easy to work with?  Any suggestions 
for improvements and/or changes?
