Perhaps we could record and make use of repeatedly seen file sizes,
locations and hashes accross different searches in order to better detect
spam.  Perhaps an ultrapeer could do this for all its leaves and pass that
info on to them as well.  Something like a <this source may be a spammer>
flag.
