[core-dev] A couple of more problems with LimeWire (cvs)

Turns out using the latest beta as p2p client for a private Gnutella network
at our university wasn't such a swell idea. I've got a couple of more bug
reports (I couldn't confirm all of them myself):

- Downloads with only one source are switching between 'Queued' and 'Waiting
For Busy' every second. (I already reported this problem). I suspect that the
ManagedDownloader's state machine is broken somewhere.

- While downloading multiple files from a single source, a number of downloads
will simply got into 'Need More Sources' state while others will start. This
may be caused by opening too many connections to the same host at the same
time. However it still should not happen, since LimeWire is retrying sources
after failing to connect to them once.

- LimeWire randomly starts using 100% CPU. (I couldn't confirm this myself).

Other problems, that were also mentioned frequently but that I already
reported are:

- FileTransfers are very slow (slow for a 100Mbit connection) and never go
beyond 150KB/s. (I have a workaround for this now. - Not exactly the one that
I sent to Sam because that one doesn't really work but a very similar one).

- The Library doesn't always load all shared files.

Can you tell me which cvs tag the LimeWire 4.8.1 release was using, I'm going
to switch back to that one.
